Web Portal

More than 10 years ago, HealthBridge broke ground and became the first vendor to implement a web portal to help users manage the reimbursement process. Our reliable online portal enables sales representatives, practitioners and their patients to access critical information on the patient access program.

Sales Representatives

The online web portal provides single sign-on for analysis, and allows sales representatives to view, track and monitor:

  • Number of prescriptions written by an individual practitioner or physician practice within a specified time frame
  • Number of prescriptions written for specific payers and plans
  • Status of each prescription in the reimbursement process

In addition to viewing data and reports, sales representatives can order forms, marketing brochures, and training and education materials through the online web portal.

Practitioner

The online web portal simplifies prescription, prior authorization and appeals processes for practitioners, reducing the time between the initial referral receipt and the final determination of coverage. The portal assists practitioners and their staff with the documentation necessary to ensure that their patient's therapies are reimbursed. Prescription Templates

Practice staff can simply populate data fields on the template, sign the document and fax it to HealthBridge. Enhanced fax technology allows for accurate and secure capture of prescription data.

Preformatted Letters

The online portal provides auto populated and preformatted letters and documents to help practitioners and their staff complete statement of medical necessity, prior authorization, appeal letters and other communications. By capturing data in a pre-formatted template, the incidence of rejected prior authorizations and appeals is significantly reduced because the data is accurate and complete. The system is designed to prompt population of required fields before completion, thus preventing inadvertent omission of critical information.

In addition to viewing data and reports, practitioners can order forms, marketing brochures, and training and education materials through the online web portal.

Patient

The online web portal helps patients track their own case and progress throughout the reimbursement process. Through the portal, they can view their prescription data, track their shipments, and obtain educational information on the product and reimbursement process.
