Pre-launch

Pre-launch tactics typically begin with analysis of client objectives, product attributes, the competitive landscape, target audiences, anticipated reimbursement challenges, and potential legal or regulatory issues including REMS requirements if necessary. Synthesis of this information, coupled with reimbursement consulting activities and market sampling, produces a launch strategy and program design to ensure success, particularly in the critical first year.

Launch

During launch, HealthBridge assists in the transition from clinical trial to market release, focusing on payer, practitioner and sales force education. At the same time, HealthBridge devises reimbursement guides, implements REMS programs, initiates case management operations and confirms patient assistance program support. We likewise expand market reach through sample management, tele-marketing, and rebate or voucher programs.

Post-launch

Dedicated efforts continue through post-launch. HealthBridge offers an array of reimbursement services, manages REMS programs, coordinates and monitors medical appeals, proposes alternative funding options, facilitates access to patient assistance programs, supplies ongoing sampling support, and provides payer information tracking.
